Every engagement is individually scoped and quoted. Services begin only after the parties approve a written proposal, statement of work, agreement, or other written confirmation addressing the scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, and applicable cancellation terms. If those project-specific terms conflict with these website terms, the project-specific terms control.
