Terms of Use
Effective August 30, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to the website operated by 404 Experience LLC (“404 Experience,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Website information
This website provides general information about our event-related, creative, coordination, and consulting services. Website content is not a binding offer, proposal, guarantee, or professional advice.
Engagements and proposals
Every engagement is individually scoped and quoted. Services begin only after the parties approve a written proposal, statement of work, agreement, or other written confirmation addressing the scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, and applicable cancellation terms. If those project-specific terms conflict with these website terms, the project-specific terms control.
Third parties
Some engagements may involve independent venues, performers, vendors, consultants, or other third parties. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance may be subject to separate terms. Unless expressly agreed in writing, 404 Experience does not guarantee the availability or performance of any third party.
Intellectual property
The website and its original text, design, branding, and other content are owned by or licensed to 404 Experience LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission. Rights in materials created for a client are governed by the applicable client agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.
Disclaimer and limitation
This website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties concerning uninterrupted access, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Project-specific agreements may contain separate dispute-resolution provisions.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to info@404experience.com or directed to 201-632-1119.
